Contingency Hearings

will be held the first Monday of every month

The first deadline for submission of Next Year’s base budget is February 27, 2009

Clubs that submit a budget after that date will not be given a opportunity to present it to the Finance Committee. 

The final deadline is March 6th.

Please  submit your requests to Ms. Brooks by 1 pm of the Friday before the meeting, in the SGA Office, Rm 211 in the Student Center.

Note:  Clubs must attend contingency hearings or their requests will not be considered.
