Media Board Meeting

Present: Jean Alicandro, Rebecca Barrieau, Marybeth Frank, Maria Garofalo, John Adam Tercyak-Morgan, Bill Sencio, Lee Sawyer

I. Welcome

Ms. Barrieau called the meeting to order at 10:05 am.

The minutes were reviewed and corrected.

Motion: (Sencio/ Sawyer) To approve minutes from May 9th meeting.

II. Budget

A copy of the proposed line-item budgets for the Helix, The Recorder, and WFCS were handed out.

Motion:  (Sawyer/ Sencio) To approve the Helix base budget for the amount of $25,000 as stated in the attached budget form.

Motion:  (Sawyer/ Sencio) To approve the WFCS base budget for the amount of $25,000 as stated in the attached budget form.

Motion:  (Sencio/ Sawyer) To approve The Recorder base budget for the amount of $25,000 as stated in the attached budget form.

Motion:  (Sencio/ Frank) To allocate $14,000 to the Media Board Operations Account.
