Facility Use by Clubs and Organizations

If you’re a member of a recognized campus organization, you may reserve campus facilities for the group by contacting the appropriate office listed below.

 - The Student Center Central Reservations Office (CRO) 860 832-1964, is located in room 1150000 of the Student Center.  This office coordinates non-academic scheduling of facilities and advises on special and large events planning around and in the Student Center and in Memorial Hall.  This office can also begin the process for use of other campus facilities through other departments on campus. The Central Reservations Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm for walk-in service.

 - It is possible to list events not associated with an on-campus facility so that your event shows up on the official campus Web events calendar (http://today.ccsu.edu/) by contacting this same office.

 - Other campus facilities may be scheduled by contacting CRO as well at 860 832-1964
