SPI is a CCSU sponsored club. Therefore, club members are expected to follow school rules while participating in club activities. SPI can lose its recognition @ CCSU if any member participates in illegal activities in the name of the club. Only Full Time Students may hold official positions. SPI expects its members to be active in the club. Any member wishing to go on any of the research trips cannot miss any more than three (3) meetings. Members who have more than three absences need to speak with the president and vice president.
Any member wishing to attend a research trip must attend the meeting before the trip. This is for everyone's safety. Anyone who has concerns with this should speak with the president and vice president.
Members that go on research trips must respect the equipment used. In most cases it is owned by a club member, and not all of the equipment is inexpensive. Treat everything you handle as if it was your own.
