I know from information gathered 2 people were murdered in one of the upstairs bedrooms, one woman committed suicide in the living room, a baby died in the basement, and part of a barn burned down on the property, but not sure if anyone perished in that or not. I do know during the investigation SPI did they captured some kind of weird mist where the remains of the barn once stood.
As for my own experiences in that house, well before going there, I was probably one of the biggest skeptics you'll ever meet, and now, I believe in the supernatural probably as much as everyone else in the club. I have had experiences mostly in the basement. I know of one day practicing beer pong (even though I don't drink), I was resetting cups after a number of unsuccessful attempts at actually getting the balls inside the cups, and was about to make my 7th or 8th throw when I heard someone or something directly behind me say "hit the cup". Well after sprinting upstairs and knowing I was the only one there, I went back down. After a while Zane came down and him and I were talking for a few minutes. I threw the pong balls once again and they both landed on the ground, and when him and I left the room that's where they remained ( on the ground). We went upstairs and came down a few minutes later, no one at this point was down there either when we were walking up the stairs or going down the stairs, and the pong balls that were originally on the floor, were now back up in one of the cups ( I joked to Zane saying apparently your ghosts like beer pong as much as we do).
Umm, other then that in the room I slept in one night ( the one where 2 people were murdered) the lights kept going on and off, and of course it was pissing me off. When I play cards there, I constantly get tapped on the shoulder by some unseen force, also irritates me. I have felt cold spots most notably where the barn once stood, in fact when I walk around the area where the barn was, the cold spots seem to be mobile ( as if I was being followed), but it doesn't bother me. In any event I've felt no negative energy or anything like that.
In fact if you look at the baby cradle, one of the pegs is broken. One day it was lying on the floor, so I picked it up and placed it back into the cradle, and got a feeling that was overwhelmingly positive. The last experience I had was this past Saturday, when I was washing some dishes at the house, I had just finished the last in the sink, when I whispered to myself "if there's anything else to wash let me know" and the top of the cooler that was lying against the refrigerator started to roll towards me, of which at that point I grabbed and washed it. I assume his ghosts are as lazy as the people who rent the house.
**note: The Farmington House is a continued point of interest to SPI. By all accounts, experiences with a paranormal presence have not ceased.
