The Farmington House is the residence of several CCSU students, friends to many SPI members themselves. The Club President and Vice President went with club member Paul Hanusch to photograph, video record, and audio record the house's "hotspots" including the basement, bedrooms, and the foundation of an old barn.  The Farmington House was the first investigation done by SPI, but it was done by only Shelby, Ryan, and Paul.  However, the entire club reviewed the evidence.

• High ‘orb’ activity.  However, it was a basement, it was dirty, and there was a lot of dust and water vapor in the air.
• Photographs revealed some interesting things.  While there were some debated images in the club, we had one photo which convinced many that the house was haunted.  The ectoplasm photo was the most revealing picture taken; however, even that picture is debatable and has been debated in the club.
• Unfortunately, the club didn’t have a thermo-couple at this time, so the reported cold spots could not be investigated by scientific measurements.  The cold spots were, however, found.
• EVPs were recorded, but as always, debatable.

 From photographic, video and audio evidence; the house (and yard) have been deemed haunted. This supports the claims of the residents and those who have visited the house.  This is the general consensus of SPI but does not reflect the entire opinion of the club.
