PURPOSE AND GOALS |

The performing group COLADA seeks to promote the Latin-American
culture through dance. COLADA
stands for Central's Organization of Latin American Dance Awareness. This group has performed throughout the state of
Connecticut at various universities and institutions. The ensemble,
founded in 1996, consists of university students from different
backgrounds. They come
together to showcase distinct Latin dance styles such as Salsa and
Merengue. |
