-Do we have a place?
-Do we have a date?  Newman house won’t be open for the day we wanted (December 23)
-JVB suggests different day so we can use (free) Newman House
-Newman House can be open 27th or 28th or after the 2nd for the day
-Proposed date:  January 6th , WS will check on this
-JVB motions we start at 11

-MTR wants snow date- January 20th
-NC- bring workshop ideas to next meeting
 
Organizing Workshop
-Next semester we do workshop on organizing, press, etc
-Go from 1-/4:30ish
-NC suggests we designate people to make an outline so we can talk specifics in the future
