Die-In
-KLS, VP, and WS were only ones at meeting Monday, so no die-in Tuesday
-Die-In is NOT a massacre in the student center
-Started with AIDS movement- history lessons with WS
-“Turtles can fly” is a sad movie
-CL says people may not hear captions, so we should print it out and put it on shirts/chests
-SK suggests hanging signs, but we may have trouble with fire codes
-JC suggests having it on rulers/sticks to hold up
-KS suggests that we hold tombstones, not set them up on floor
-Will try same time again next Tuesday, meeting again Monday. Be there or it doesn’t happen.

-WS went to Devil’s Den committee meeting, confirmed date is Nov. 1

-CK will be coming, we can try to get department endorsements

Danbury 11 Stateme nt
-WS received statement again, we may want to endorse after all
-statement rather neutral, not specific to any one group/ideology
-statement supports national day of action for this Friday, with press conference and mass demo on Monday at 8am, speakout at Trinity, and new trial for Danbury 11
